Barnsbury Townhouse Garden by Daniel Shea: “The brief was to create a sophisticated contemporary space that would allow for relaxing, entertaining and to provide a vista from the house and it its many levels. Screening of the neighbours was also a priority to ensure that the garden was not overlooked. The clients, a professional couple with a dog, would mostly use the garden on the weekends and in the evenings. Lighting would be crucial to extend the use of the garden well into the dark London nights. The garden was inspired by the client’s interior decors of fine artwork, contemporary furniture, picking up on the tones of dark greys and greens, the garden reflects these tastes in the choice of wall paint and green planting. The main social area contains a large gas fire, gas BBQ and work surfaces along with a chrome framed modular sofa. White sawn limest

And this is what the lucky guys says about it : A truly amazing experience in the perfect location with guaranteed weather, clear blue skies and stunning views across Dubai. Skydive Dubai have the perfect location for this experience which although not cheap, is worth every Dirham. Staff are very friendly taking you through everything you need to know, mixing a sense of fun and humour with the practicalities which gives you a sense of security. For those either waiting to jump or waiting for someone who is jumping there is a cafe and sun loungers with stunning views along the seashore towards Burj Al Arab. If they'd offered me an opportunity to go straight back up again after landing, I would've jumped at the chance without a second thought. A truly breathtaking experience, which WILL be repeated

Sunshine Beach Renovation by Soul Space: “What was once a tired 80’s duplex has been updated by Soul Space into an open, flowing beach house that effortlessly integrates outdoor and indoor living with beautifully landscaped courtyards. The existing building had the living areas upstairs with a large balcony space facing the street, and the bedroom spaces on the lower floor with a dark corridor connecting the bedroom. The apartments were identical, but mirrored. The design was challenging – the nature of the duplex meant that there were two clients who had two different budgets. Unit one allowed for a complete redesign, putting the living spaces on the lower floor, and two bedrooms and a study space on the top floor, with a large garage out the front. They wanted to have their living space open to a rear garden with a new plunge pool, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces.
